Pacific Surgical Specialists offers minimally invasive, laparoscopic approach for most intra-abdominal operations. More specifically, we offer a laparoscopic approach for patients with colon cancers, diverticulitis, colon polyps, stomach operations, spleen, hernia repair and solid tumor removal.

In addition to practicing general and laparoscopic surgery, Pacific Surgical associates, Dr Leslie Cagle and Dr. Paul Dally are surgical directors at the Southwest Washington Medical Center Bariatric and Weight Loss program. They were the first surgeons on the West Coast north of Fresno, California to perform laparoscopic bariatric surgery. Since 1999 they have performed more than 400 of these surgeries.

Dr. Steve Matous is the director of the laparoscopic donor nephrectomy program for the Legacy Transplant Services. He preformed the first laparoscopic donor nephrectomy in the Portland/Vancouver area and continues to preform these procedures actively.

Our clinic also has a new state-of-the art laser for minimaly invasive treatment of varicose veins and spider veins.
